I am a registered psychologist with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, families and couples. I have worked in a number of diverse roles including private practice, sporting organisations and private EAP services.
I am passionate about assisting people to reach their full potential and identify goals to work towards to improve overall wellbeing. I achieve this by working collaboratively with my clients, implementing Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy frameworks.
